2026 Tampa Firefighters 5K- 15th Annual

What does the Tampa Firefighters 15th Annual Firefighters 5K event benefit?
100% of the proceeds of our Annual Pediatric Burn Survivor 5K/1 mile Fun/Run benefits Camp Hopetake,  a week-long summer camp we host in Tampa for previously burned children of all ages. 

Camp Hopetake provides a safe and supportive environment for kids to share their feelings and interact with other young burn victims from all over Florida. The camp is free of charge to all the who attend. This non-threatening atmosphere allows them to enjoy activities including going to Busch Gardens, Universal Studios, Disneyworld, Adventure Island,  swimming, bowling, fishing, games, crafts, movies and more as they cope with the social and emotional scars associated with their injuries.

What is the price of the race and is it timed?
5K:  $30  11/17/25- 02/20/2026 *   $35 02/21/26 - 04/03/26*  $40 race day—chip timed race

1 Mile: $25 until  04/03/26*  $30 race day—not chip timed

What is included in the participant registration price?
5K: Dri-fit gender specific race shirt, guaranteed if registered by Monday, 3/13/26 , Bib & Finisher medal!
1 mile: Bib & Finisher medal!

Awards to Overall Top Female and Male
Trophies to 1st - 3rd for Female and Male in each age group (5 year increments - 9 and Under, 10-14,15 -19, 20-24, 25 -29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54,  55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 and Over )
