About 2026 Walk & Roll Chicago
Walk & Roll Chicago unites the community behind the American Cancer Society's efforts to save lives from cancer. It is a one-of-a-kind event that offers participants of all ages and skill levels a 5K Walk, 5K Timed Run, 10K Skate, or 15K Bike along Chicago's Lakefront Path.
2026 is the 55th anniversary of Walk & Roll Chicago! The date is Saturday, May 30, 2026 at Upper Hutchinson Field in Grant Park, Chicago.

Event FAQ
Do I have to register to attend Walk & Roll? Can I register my family when I sign up?
Yes! Everyone who is coming to Walk and Roll should register on the event website. We have set registration fees based on your age and participation type.
Do I get a t-shirt for registering? Is there a fundraising minimum and/or incentives?
Participants who fundraise $100 by May 1st are guaranteed an event t-shirt and those will be available at Packet Pick Up in June. Any participant who fundraises $100+ after May 1st may receive a t-shirt at the event depending on quantity available after our order date.
CEI teams- participants must be registered by May 3rd to be guaranteed a shirt. If you have t-shirt questions, please contact Marlie at WalkRollChicago@cancer.org.
