Event Information
Race Start: 7:00 am
Pre-registration closes May 28!
Race day registration hours: 5:30am – 7:00am
Early bib pick-up: Friday, May 29th between 5pm-7pm at Abington Police Headquarters, 1166 Old York Rd, Abington PA 19001
Parking:
- Available parking on campus Abington High School and Middle School Campus, 900 Highland Ave, Abington PA 19001. This location will not be open to entry and exit once the race starts and until the race is over.
- There will be a secondary parking location at Copper Beech Elementary School, 825 Easton Rd, Glenside PA 19038. This location will be open during the race for entry and exit. The Copper Beech lot will give athletes and spectators access to the course, while also allowing entry and exit to this parking lot during the event. Copper Beech parking lot will be open during the race for entry and exit.
- Please note: access to/from the High School and Middle School parking lots will be closed until the culmination of the race.
Awards:
Finisher medal for all that complete their respective race.
Top 3 M/F finishers in each division (19yrs and under, 20-29 yrs, 30-39yrs, 40-49yrs, 50-59yrs, 60-69yrs, 70 + and Team Division).

Course Information
This event will kick off with a 300 meter swim in Abington High School’s heated pool, followed by a challenging 11.5 mile bike course through the beautiful rolling hills of Abington, and will finish with a 5k run across the Abington High School and Middle School Campuses.
Bike Course Directions:
The Bike course for the Abington Triathlon consists of 2 loops starting in the transition area, bikers will complete The First Loop then do a second loop with some minor modification:
Directions for the First Loop
Turn Left from Transition on to Ghost Rd to Highland Ave
Turn Right on to Highland Ave to Wharton Rd
Turn Right on Wharton Rd to the Keswick Ave Circle
Continue on Keswick ave to Geneva Ave
Turn Left on to Geneva Ave to Tyson Ave
Turn Right on to Tyson Ave to Edgehill Rd
Turn Right on to Edgehill Rd to Keith Rd
Turn Right on to Keith Rd to Highland Ave
Turn Right on to Highland Ave past the Course Starting Point - Ghost Rd do not turn on to Ghost Rd this time!!! This will begin the second loop
Directions for the Second Loop
Follow the same directions as for the First Loop. When you return to Ghost Rd on the Second Loop, Turn Right on to Ghost Rd and continue back to the dismount and Transition Area.
