About All-Out Fa La La
Ho-ho-hit the trail this holiday season at the 15th Annual Fa La La 5K, 10K & half marathon! This festive run/walk benefits A Precious Child and takes you on a scenic journey along the Big Dry Creek Trail with amazing Front Range views. Bring your furry friends (they'll love the soft surfaces!), your holiday spirit, and a gift donation. Don't miss our summer Dog Days event for another tail-wagging good time and to track your fitness progress in our endless series challenge!

Weather notes
- As this is an event during the snow season in Colorado, you should pay close attention to updates this week
- If winter weather impacts the event, we will be updating this website and our social media (@AllOutMultiPro) [we will not send out athlete emails]
- We will hold the event, snow or shine, unless roads are closed due to weather
- We will provide a course conditions report Friday afternoon on social media no matter the weather
- We do provide the option to transfer to a virtual event if the weather conditions don't meet your training goals or running style. However, you must transfer by the deadline on the website to avoid additional shipping charges
Packet pickup
- Early packet pickup is Thursday, 4:30-6:30p at Road Runner Sports, 10442 Town Center Dr., Westminster click here for directions
RRS will give $1 to A Precious Child for each packet picked up this day! - Packet pickup opens race morning at 8a and closes (no exceptions):
- Half 8:50a
- 10K 9:20a
- 5K 9:30a
- You no longer need an ID to pick up your packet, or the packet of your friend/spouse/etc. Just give us names!
Parking and directions
- Directions: The Church Ranch Office Park is located at 10170 Church Ranch Wy in Westminster, CO. From US36 you'll go southwest on Church Ranch Blvd, then east on 103rd Ave and south on Church Ranch Wy to find the venue on the east side of the street. Click here for a map or to get directions
- Parking: Athletes & spectators will be asked to park in the lots north and east of the office building, or around of the office building across the street. Please do not park at the school, hotels, or bank or behind the office building. Please see the parking map on the course details page and follow all parking signs & staff direction on race day.
- We are expecting a lot of athletes, so make sure to arrive in plenty of time to park, walk to the venue, check in, and line up before the race start
Pre-race
- The venue and expo will open at 8a
- If you'd like to participate in the informal costume contest, make sure to get your picture taken at the awards tent (winners will be notified after the event)
- Don't forget the Precious Gift toy drive! Bring an unwrapped, new toy donation to the registration tent and receive a $10 coupon off a future All-Out event
Race starts
- Bibs must be on your outer-most layer and visible
- Please line up in the corral based on your expected pace (those going for the course record in the front to walkers in the back)
- Note that we will be using chip timing, so even if someone never passes you on the course, they may have a faster time
- Start times. if you are late, you must downgrade to a distance that hasn't started yet or will not be allowed to run on course with a bib as part of the event (this is for your safety on course)
- Half: start at 9:00a and by 9:05a
- 10K: start at 9:30a and by 9:35a
- 5K: start at 9:40a and by 9:45a
Be safe on course
- Ensure your bib is always visible and on your front, this is for your on-course safety and also for identifying photographs of you on course
- Make sure you are familiar with your course and aid stations. You can view and download the course from our course details page. We have water, Gu energy gels, Gatorade, and Superganix CBD Relief Balm at every aid station
- We have course signs with blue arrows, course markings on the ground with green tape, and course volunteers at key locations to help guide you
- We have orange discs to block where you shouldn't go. Don't go through, around, over, or past any orange disc, or you will be off-course
- You will be running only on the concrete Big Dry Creek trail except past Aid 5, which will be on soft surface [0.9 miles]
- You can drop items at any aid station, but only items dropped off at your first aid station will be guaranteed to be returned to the gear check tent before you finish. If you drop items at any other aid station, the items may not be returned to gear check until the end of the event (1p)
- Dogs are welcome! We have dog bowls at every aid station and the finish line, and dog treats at the meal tent. Make sure to use short leashes while on course
Post-race
- After you finish, make sure to go to the results tent to check out your time, even if you don't think that you placed
- We offer FREE medal engraving! Make sure to record your time at the results tent before you head to the engraving tent (we can't pull up your time at the engraving tent)
- Stop by the meal tent for post-race goodies, including fruit, warm breakfast burrito, warm cider, and chocolate milk (post-race goodies are for athletes only)
- If you've run Fa La La before, make sure to stop by the registration tent to get your brag tag!
- If you participated in Fall Fest, Kooky-Spooky, and Fa La La, and registered in time, make sure to pick up your Run Amok Fall Series award at the registration tent
- Make sure to use the coupon code on your bib by 12/9 to receive $5 off any and all events on the All-Out calendar

Note that packet pickup closes 10 minutes before the start of each distance and you must start within 5 minutes of the distance start time (don't be late)!

What is the Precious Gift Program?
A Precious Child collects donated unwrapped, new toys, gift cards and other gifts for underserved children (babies through teenagers) in the community who are the most in need. Providing a gift to a child in need allows them to experience the joys of childhood, giving them hope for the future and providing a sense of normalcy during difficult times.
