Welcome to the 10th annual All-Out Mardi Crawl, a Mardi Gras run in the Denver area, benefiting a NEW charity, "I Have a Dream" Foundation Boulder Couty! From the award winning Apex Center, these 5K, 10K & Half Marathon courses will run west along the 2020 Best of the Best Ralston Creek Trail through Arvada's open spaces and stunning golf course communities, shady, creekside beauty and a challenging half marathon loop around Blunn reservoir. With its Endless Series counterpart Runapalooza, this is a can't miss opportunity to enjoy much of what Colorado has to offer!

Aid Stations

Aid stations have Superganix samples on-demand and will feature Gatorade (lemon-lime, orange, or fruit punch) and Gu energy gels in raspberry lemonade

Directions & Parking

Directions: The Apex Center is located at 13150 W 72nd Ave in Arvada, CO. From I70 you'd go north on Ward Rd, then west on 72nd Ave. In just under half a mile, the entrance to the Apex Center will be on the south side of the street. Click here for a map or to get directions.

Parking: Athletes & spectators will be asked to park in the lots to the west of the Apex Center, keeping the lots closest to the finish line accessible for volunteers who will be heading out on the course & other event operations. Please follow all parking signs & staff direction on race day.

♦ In-building toilets We have access to the toilets in the Apex Center while in venue, and multiple toilets on-course for the 10K & Half!
♦ Accurately Measured Courses—Race the distance you trained for! Not a little more and not a little less... we measure each course no fewer than 3 times before race day and mark them so they're crystal clear.
♦ Use your results to qualify for Bolder Boulder—We count! All of our distances are timed and accurately measured, and may be used for the timed waves
♦ Medical Support—Nothing is more important than your safety! Here's hopin' those guys are really bored, but just in case... you'll find our med crew both at the start/finish AND on course. Plus, each and every volunteer you pass knows who to call for help.
♦ Tons of Aid Stations—No need to carry any extra weight! Not only will both water & electrolytes be handed to you at the finish line, course aid stations are an average of just 1.2 miles apart. And cups at the aid stations, no hassle of running cupless!

♦ Electronic Results—No more endless sheets of data to sort through! All results scroll on easy-to-read computer screens in the expo area during the event and are posted online by the end of the day.

Prizes

We still have the great 3-deep awards that you love, overall and divisions. The prizes will be a free registration for the distance you participated in. The winners will be randomly selected and notified via email the week after the event. More

Note that packet pickup closes 10 minutes before the start of each distance and you must start within 5 minutes of the distance start time (don't be late)!
