To celebrate our National Holiday - National Yucatan Shrimp Day - we invite you to join our inaugural 7K!
Why a 7K? Doc Ford's iconic Yucatan Shrimp recipe features seven key ingredients: Shrimp, Butter, Lime Juice, Garlic, Cilantro, Sambal, and Salt/Pepper.
To celebrate this delicious dish, we're taking those seven ingredients to the streets with a fun, flavorful 7K race!

Race Day- May 24th starting at 6:30 am
*ASTERIA WELLNESS (Sambal Sponsor) will have a nurse stationed at every location for packet pick-up and will be offering FREE B12 injections for our athletes! You will need to complete a quick 3-minute consent form, which they will send directly to your phones via SMS when they check in with our staff.
Timing and Awards
Our event will be timed by our Cape Coral neighbors - Linda and Mark Toretsky of Lin-Mark Sports - entrants will be able to signup for text results during the entry process and Lin-Mark will post results live as they happen on race day. Lin-Mark will also post a video of each runner/walker finishing in the afternoon on May 23rd.
