Elf 'N' Cocoa 8K/5K & 1 Mile Fun Run

9th Annual Holiday Race featuring 3 Great Distances and a Whole Lot of fun.

8K and 5K Race Amenities:

• Awards for top male and female finishers in 8K and 5K (Top 3 Overall and Top 3 Per Age Group -10 and Under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, and every 10 yrs)

• Finisher Medals a Custom Cocoa Mug for All Finishers

• Cup of Delicious Hot Cocoa from "Death of the Fox Coffee House" at the Finish for all registered participants 

1 Mile Kids Fun Run Amenities:

• 1 Mile Non-timed Course for Kids 14 and Under. 

• Fun Run Starts at 8:40am (Right Before the 8K/5K)

• Finisher Medal and Elf n Cocoa custom beanie for all kids too! Must register by 12/2 to guarantee beanie. 

• Cup of Delicious Hot Cocoa from "Death of the Fox Coffee House" at the Finish for all registered participants

• 1 Miler Kids able to have a non-registered parent join them. Volunteers on course to supervise.

• 1 Miler Kids Fun Run Starts at 8:40AM (age 12 and under) - 5K Starts at 9:00AM - 8K Starts at 9:05AM. 

• Walkers welcome in 5K distance. Need to register to participate and start at 9:05 behind runners. 

• Professional Photographer on staff. Free Downloadable Race and After-Party Photos provided 24-28 hrs after race.

• Food Truck - DonutNV - Serving Donuts and Coffee! Pre and post race.

• DJ playing Holiday Tunes at Post Race Party

• Visit from a Special Character... :)

• Jogging Strollers are permitted.

• Dogs are not permitted to participate.

• Race is Rain or Shine. No Refunds or Transfers.

• • 1 Mile Kids Fun Run Starts at 8:40am sharp. Be ready at 8:30am for announcments.
  • 5K Race starts at 9am
  • 8K Race starts at 9:05am
• Location - Riverwinds Community Center at 1000 Riverwinds Drive in West Deptford, NJ 08082
• Packet Pick Up Options - 
  
  • Saturday Morning (12/6) from 10AM-Noon at Running Co in Mullica Hill (86. N Main Street). Enjoy 15% off during PPU at the Running Co.
  • Sunday Morning (12/7) from 7:30-8:30am at Riverwinds Community Center.
• Arrival - Please arrive early and be outside at start area ready to run 10 minutes prior to start of your event.

• Hot Cocoa - Once again we are proud to have Death of the Fox Brewing and Coffee House serving the complimentary Hot Cocoa after the race. 
• Awards - Top Overall and Age group awards will be presented between 10am-10:20am. (Awards are not mailed)
• Contests - Best Dressed Contest for those who want to participate.  Top Male & Female Winners.
• Food Truck - DonutNV will be on site with coffee, cocoa, and donuts for purchase!
