Greenville Half Marathon & 5K

The Greenville Half Marathon & 5K is a net downhill half marathon and 5K run.  The half marathon starts in Travelers Rest, SC and ends on the TD Stage at the Peace Center in downtown Greenville, SC.  The 5K starts at the Swamp Rabbit Cafe and follows the Swamp Rabbit Trail to the same finish line on the TD Stage at the Peace Center.  2025 marks the 13th running of the this great event.

Awards for the 2025 event are now available for pick up at Run In Greenville.

NOTE: If you were not offered a t-shirt during registration due to inventory being sold out t-shirts are available for pick up at Run In as well.  This pick up also applies if you would like to swap out your size.  All sizes are currently available and will be available on a first come, first serve basis.

To update your own Time or Corral:

Login to RunSignup > Profile > Manage Registration > Estimated Time/Corral 

ALL changes must be made by January 31, 2026. 

NOTE: In 2026 we will use the Corral set up to line you up in the appropriate location at the start line.  However, we will NOT be starting each corral with unique start times.  Half Marathon Elite Athletes will start at 7:30AM and all other Half Marathon athletes will start at 7:31AM.  We will start all 5K athletes at 7:30AM.

3000 Half Marathon Finisher Medals and 1,000 5K Finisher Medals will be ordered.  This means that everyone who races will receive a finisher medal as we expect the event to sell out at these numbers.

NOTE: Shirt deadline is 4 weeks prior to event. Anyone registering after this date will not be guaranteed a t-shirt.  We will do our best to estimate quantity and sizing needs but can not guarantee correct sizes to anyone registering after this date.  

When race t-shirts are ordered the inventory will be placed into the RunSignUp registration portal.  This means that if you are given the option of a certain size that size is available.  If a certain size is not available it will not be an option during registration.  

Race t-shirts and add on long sleeve t-shirts (if applicable) will be collected at packet pick up on Friday (go here for details) .  If you elect to get your materials on race day you will collect your race t-shirt and add on long sleeve t-shirt (if applicable) at the finish line.  Race t-shirts for those picking your bib number on race morning, and not picked up at the finish line, will not be mailed out after the event.

ELITE ENTRY SUMBISSION DEADLINE:
The deadline for application into the Elite Corral is midnight on November 30, 2025.  We will not accept any additional applications after this time.  We will be contacting all applicants for the Elite Corral on if you were accepted and how to register during the month of December.
