About Grey Matters 5K/10K/Virtual Race
The 9th annual Grey Matters 5K/10K/virtual race will be held in Downtown Whitesburg, Kentucky on Saturday, May 16th, 2026. For those of you who will be unable to travel to us, we will continue to offer the virtual option this year.
We are thrilled to be in our ninth year and look forward to once again bring people who have been affected by brain cancer and members of the community together to help spread awareness of the disease.
Proceeds from this year's event will go to the Letcher County group ICAN, who helps people in need, including cancer patients, and another organization chosen by our honoree, who we are pleased to announce is Miss Ella Johnson.
How to Submit Your Virtual Results
Virtual Time Submission goes from May 15th at 8:00AM to 10:00AM.
To submit your Virtual Time - login to your RunSignUp Account and click on "Upcoming Events" under your Profile.
Then find the race and simply click on "Submit Virtual Results".
You can also access the Submission Form by clicking this LINK and hitting "Submit Virtual Results".
As a reminder, all Virtual Results must be submitted by May 15th at 10:00AM.
