Helpful Tips:
- In this race morning video the Race Director walks you through race morning, parking, and spectator information.
In this transition and course instruction video the Transition and Course Coordinators walk you through what to do in transition and what to expect on the course. - Watch this full course video from 2023 to be fully prepared! Note that each year there may be slight changes to the course or setup to accommodate conditions.
- Reminder that athletes will enter the pool by swim time (shortest to longest) to help manage congestion. Please be as accurate as possible with your swim time; you will have an opportunity to adjust your swim time closer to race day. It is acceptable to stop and hold the side or the rope, to stop and rest at each end, and to use a snorkel. If you feel you will stop during the swim, please factor that into your swim time. There will be lifeguards and volunteers around the pool. The practice swim will be a great opportunity to determine an appropriate time!
- Need help training? Fleet Feet's Tri-101 program kicks off on May 19 and is designed to have you race ready for the Huntsville Sprint Tri. Sign up and get tips from some great triathletes and access to group training sessions!
