Enjoy all the beauty this North Fork Triathlon has to offer, as you Swim 500m in the pristine Peconic Bay, ride 25k through local Towns, Villages, and Farmlands. Finish with a 5k run through the local seaside community.

Top three overall Male and Female.
Individual Age Groups, top three in each category:
14-18 (High School), 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+
Challenged, Clydesdale & Athena, top three in each category.
Top Three for Mixed, Female, Male, Family & High School Relays.

Every athlete at a Race Awesome Event is important, from the first finisher to the final finisher. We encourage all athletes to stay and enjoy the post-race food & beverages and to cheer in the final finisher. The awards ceremony will commence as soon as the final finisher crosses the line, and the raffle will take place at the end of the awards ceremony. You must be there to win.

If you can't stay for the awards CONTACT US. We will give you directions as to how you can send us a self-addressed, stamped envelope for 2 pounds, and your award will be shipped to you.

Packet Pick-up

July 8th, 2025
5:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. EmPower Solar, located at 1000 Fulton Street in Farmingdale NY, 11735.

 July 12th, 2025
1:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. South Jamesport Beach/Race Site, Jamesport, NY.

July 13th, 2025
RaceAwesome VIP Athletes (registered for VIP ALL ACCESS Package) and Athletes who selected & Paid for the day of packet pick up will be sent an email with details & times for raceday packet pickup 4 days prior to the race.

NEW USA TRIATHLON PACKET PICKUP RULES:-

ALL athletes are required to show PHOTO ID. NO ID, NO RACE, NO EXCEPTIONS. Every single participant racing must have a photo ID, this includes all relay participants. 

USA Triathlon now allows coaches, teammates, friends, or family members to pick up a packet for the participating athlete. The person picking up the packet must have a copy of the athlete’s ID and written verification from the athlete that the individual picking up the packet is authorized to do so.

Annual members are not required to bring their membership card every time they compete in a USAT sanctioned event, but it is good practice to bring a copy of it

Note:  ALL athletes are required to show photo ID at the time of packet pickup

Race Day Parking is located in the Boat Launch and Marina/beach Carparks. Please not if you park in the beach lot you will not be able to leave until after the awards ceremony. CLICK HERE for Interactive Google Map.

The True Price

Our Policy:- We don't feel that the "service charge/convenience charge" is fair to any athlete. At Race Awesome the price you see is the price you pay, nothing more (must be a valid USAT member). This is our "True Price Guarantee".

Refund Policy

NEW REFUND POLICY. 

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. RaceAwesome will now allow athletes to defer their entry to the following year's race. This has to be done 31 days prior to Race Day. There is a $35 fee to defer your entry to the following year.

You can transfer at no cost and at any time to the Virtual Race and your SWAG will be mailed out to you after the Race.

If the race is canceled or postponed for any reason including a Pandemic / Force Majeure / Acts of God / Acts of Terrorism / Weather etc. all athletes will be transferred to the Virtual Race and your SWAG will be mailed out to you.

However, if you are injured, simply email us at RaceAwesome@RaceAwesome.com and explain your injury. We will then offer you the opportunity to come and work at the event you registered for. In return for working at the event, we will roll your entry over to the same race the following year at no charge. We don't require a doctor's note, honesty is just fine for us.

USA Triathlon

Membership:- This race is sanctioned by USA Triathlon. You must be a valid member to participate in this event. It's not as hard as it sounds; you can actually become a member either for a year or one day during the registration process (additional fees apply). The prices above reflect the cost for current, valid USAT Members (membership MUST be valid on race day). Visit USA Triathlon for licensing fees & other questions.

Event Rules and Regulations

USA Triathlon has issued a set of rules to maintain consistency and order from race to race across the country. The rules include sections on membership, and rules of conduct for swimming, cycling, running, and transition. For all the details about USAT Rules CLICK HERE. The Competitive Rules are intended to provide for the orderly and consistent administration of events sanctioned by USA Triathlon. Every participant, official, volunteer and spectator should consider all safety issues and make related decisions prudently without reliance upon the Competitive Rules.

Safety is a Shared Responsibility
No matter what inspired you to become a triathlete, you’re responsible for showing up at the starting line fully prepared for the challenge ahead of you. Safety in the sport is not just the responsibility of the National Governing Body, sanctioned events and race directors, who are subject to the scrutiny of USA Triathlon’s rigorous sanctioning process and expected to uphold the best safety protocols. It is also the responsibility of the athlete. The concept of shared responsibility is one that USA Triathlon, its sanctioned event race directors and all participants should embrace. Reminders From The Race Awesome Team
NO HEADPHONES DURING ANY PART OF THE EVENT or you will be disqualified.
No helmet, no race. Your helmet strap must be fastened before taking bike from rack and remain fastened until after bike is replaced.
No Drafting! Stay to your right unless passing. Let athletes know when you are passing.
Bike number must be on bike and shall not be removed until your bike is out of the transition area after the race.
Run number must be on front of body during entire run!
Any unsportsman-like behavior to other competitors and/or event staff will be dealt with by an immediate disqualification.

RaceAwesome SETS THE STANDARDS again on Long Island with personalized, custom tri team bike racks! Want to get one just like the EXAMPLE?

It's simple, all your team has to do is register 18 athletes, athletes must be registered 5 weeks before the race (JUNE 16th, 2025, NO EXCEPTIONS) Athletes need to make sure they list their TRI TEAM NAME during registration (if team name is no listed by the athlete we will not count that person as part of your team, they will not be assigned to your team rack)

Get 18 people and RaceAwesome will produce the custom bike racks for your team!
