About Machine Solutions Run & Walk for Kids
Run & walk the beautiful trails of Flagstaff during the 48th Machine Solutions Run & Walk for Kids.
This year also marks 22 years of being a part of the Flagstaff Running Series. The series package is a great value and it is one-stop shopping for all five races.
You have the choice to run in person at the Fort Tuthill course or create your own 10k, 5k, or 2k course via our virtual race option.
Virtual race participants can log their results between July 18 and August 1.
Registration for the in-person or virtual race must be completed before August 1.

About the Cause
NAH's Children's Health Center (CHC) is a multi-specialty, interdisciplinary outpatient facility serving children in northern Arizona. Our comprehensive, pediatric services include detailed evaluations, treatment and medical rehabilitation and encompass a wide range of disabilities and delays that affect children from infancy through age 21.

CHC strives to make care more accessible, affordable and convenient by being a one-stop-shop for specialty healthcare needs for children.
The CHC care team includes specialty pediatric physicians, nurse practitioners, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, a feeding therapy team, registered nurses, audiologists, registered dietitians, exercise physiologists, social workers and case managers, and patient service coordinators. Many children who come to CHC have several diagnoses and require multiple treatments to address them. The team works together to create an individualized plan of care for each child, coordinating services and providing necessary referrals all in support of our mission—improving health, healing people.
CHC's facility includes ample parking and is easily accessible, just four minutes from interstate 40, and conveniently located off Highway 89A near the Flagstaff mall. The larger interior space allows CHC to grow its offerings, upgrade equipment to improve patient care and outcomes, and decrease wait times for scheduling appointments. Uploading Virtual Results
Log your run finish time in your RunSignUp Machine Solutions Run & Walk for Kids profile
Once registered, you will receive an email, separate from your confirmation, that contains a direct link to post your results. The instructions below describe options for uploading your time.
From the RunSignup Race Page -- Navigate to the RunSignup race page > select the Results tab > select Submit Virtual Result. Search for your registration, select Submit Virtual Results > enter in your time > select Submit/Update Results.
From Your RunSignup Profile -- Navigate to your RunSignup profile by selecting the Profile Icon at the top righthand corner. Under your Upcoming Events > select Submit Virtual Results > enter in your time > select Submit/Update Results.
From your Machine Solutions RunSignup account -- Log in to your RunSignup account and select Machine Solutions, Manage Registration. On the footer of the page, select Virtual Race. select Submit/Update Results.
AND - if you use the RaceJoy app on your phone on either the Actual Fort Tuthill route or the Anywhere route, you can automatically send your time up to your RunSignup results log directly from RaceJoy.

When you are in the RESULTS page, search for and click on your name. Once you load your result and get a Success message, you can see your activity, update a past activity, delete an activity, all for yourself. Updating activities can be completed quickly without a full log-in by entering your email address or the last 4 digits of your phone number!
You can also upload photos documenting your race to share your experience!
Virtual Event Details
If you are participating virtually, you are able to download and print your race Bib with your assigned number through your RaceJoy profile. If you are participating in the virtual 2K, 5K, or 10K you are welcome to create your own course.
If you choose to participate virtually on the actual Fort Tuthill course, plan on beginning at the Posse Ramanda for the 10K, 5K and 2K distances. Download the map or GPX file to see the details of each course. Regardless of the course you choose, we highly recommend that you use the RaceJoy App. Using RaceJoy, you can track your run and directly upload your finish time to the results. You are also able to manually load up your time to the results if you prefer not to use the app to record your virtual race.

Event Day Itinerary
IN PERSON - Saturday, August 1nd:
7:50 a.m. - Kids 100-yard Dash
8:00 a.m. - 10K Run & Walk **
8:10 a.m. - 5K Run & Walk **
8:20 a.m. - 2K Run & Walk
All races will begin and end at the Posse Ramada, located just east of the adventure park parking lot and north of the grand stands.
Please note that day of registration will end at 7:50 a.m. Arrive early if you plan to register the day of the event to help alleviate lines and get the race started on time.
**Please note the 10k & 5k will start promptly with a race & recreational wave for each distance i.e. two waves each.**
In-Person Packet Pick-Up
In person race packet pick-up will take place at the Children's Health Center on Friday, July 31 from 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. There will be packet pick-up the morning of the race as well for those who cannot make it on Friday, July 31.
