About The Moms Rock Race
Moms Rock is a Mother's Day tradition in Northeastern Ohio, including a 5K race, 1 Mile walk, a b.a. Sweetie Dasher Dash (50 Meters ), and a unique Stroller Division!

Packet Pickup Information
Early pickup dates & locations listed HERE later in the year!
Participants can pick up for others, but should have their confirmation email handy just to be safe.
If picking up for 5 or more, email roadracing@hermescleveland.com with your list and we will pre-pack for a speedier checkout
Race Day pickup is available, but participants should plan to arrive early, as lines may be long!

Parking is available at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo. Please note - due to construction at the Rainforest, you may need to park a sizable distance away from the entrance.

Refunds & Transfers
You can transfer your entry to another person for free before packet pickup!
 How do I transfer my registration?

1. Log into RunSignUp and choose "Gift Transfer"
2. Enter the new runner's name & email
3. Once they register, your entry is removed

If I can’t attend, can I still get my T-shirt and packet?
Yes! Pick up at our office the following week or at packet pickup (Call 216-623-9933 before coming in).
We do not mail packets after the event.

Top 3 men and women in the following age groups:

• 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & Over

Stroller Division - Top male and top female will win an award! (You will not be eligible for 5K age group awards if registered in the Stroller Division!)

Free Parking
Crocker Park has 7 free parking garages and one paid parking garage on property:

– Mulberry Garage – Located between Carney court and American Blvd
– American Greetings Garage – Located at the end of American Blvd this garage is free after 5pm Mon-Fri and on the weekends
– Crocker Road Garage – Located just off Crocker Road
– Main Street Garage – Located off Early Lane and Center St
– Union Street Garage – Located on Union St and Vine St
– Vine Street Garage – Located on Vine St and Union St
– Promenade Parking Lot – Beyond the first row of parking spots in the Promenade, you will find an entire parking lot with free parking spots. Located on Detroit Rd
– Detroit Road Garage – Free 30 minute parking and Free parking with Regal Cinemas ticket stub. Validate at Regal customer service.

 

Paid Parking
– Detroit Garage – Located on S.S Comet Road and just off Crocker Road, this garage hosts 3 electric car charging stations. $1 each hour over 30 minutes, $6 maximum up to 24 hours. Cheaper than meter parking!

 

Extra Parking
– American Greetings Garage – Located on American Boulevard and just off Crocker Road, this garage allows FREE parking on weekdays after 5pm and all weekend long.

 

Coin Meter Parking
– There are metered parking spots that take quarters through out Main Street and Crocker Park Blvd.
– Behind Cheesecake Factory, there is a parking lot full of metered parking spots that take quarters

 

Credit Card Meter Parking
– By the Hyatt you will find metered parking that takes credit cards
– In the Promenade parking lot, the first-row parking is metered and takes credit card

Will you send me a confirmation?

All online registrations will receive confirmation via e-mail. For mail-in registration, you will receive a confirmation email as long as you provide a valid email address on your entry form.

 
Packet Pick-Up Information

If I am pre-registered for the race, do I need to bring anything to packet pick-up?

It is not required but we ask that you bring your confirmation email for easy pick up.

 
Can someone else pick up my race bib and t-shirt?

Yes, both can be picked up by/for family and friends. Please have them bring a copy of your registration confirmation for easy pick up.
If picking up for 5 or more members of your group, email roadracing@hermescleveland.com with 1) your pickup location 2) the list of participants you will be picking up for. This way we can prepare your packets ahead of time.

 
Results and Awards

How is this race timed?

This race is an officially timed event using the disposable MyLaps BibTag timing system. Timing chips are attached directly to the back of your bib number and are to remain adhered for the duration of the event. You do not need to return your timing chip after the race.

Where can I see my results?

Results will be posted directly after the race on our website. Locate the race and click the ‘Results’ link or on the home page, go to the Race Results tab. You may need to refresh your browser to view.

 
What do I do if my results are incorrect or missing?

After the results have been officially posted, please contact roadracing@hermescleveland.com with any concerns.

Top 3 men and top 3 women overall

I could not pick up my award on race day, how can I get my award?

There are three additional ways to get your award:

You can pick up the awards at the Hermes office located at 2425 West 11th Street, Suite #2 , Cleveland, OH 44113
We can send your award to the next Hermes race you plan to run. Contact roadracing@hermescleveland.com to make arrangements.
We do NOT mail awards! Awards can be claimed for up to 30 days after the race.

Where can I park the morning of the race?

Parking is available on the street and parking lots around Crocker Park

 
Is there a bag check?

No, there will not be a bag check.

 
Am I able to bring my dog to the race?

Dogs are welcome, but please stay to the back of the start area for the safety of the runners.

 
Refunds and Transfers

I can no longer participate in the race due to an injury or scheduling conflict, can I get a refund or transfer to another person?

Sorry, but all entries are non-refundable. Once we’ve received and processed your entry, you will not receive a refund, you may not give or sell your race number to other people, and entry fees are not transferable to the next year’s race.
You are able to transfer to another person for a fee of $10.00. This can be done at any of the packet pickups prior to race day. *There will be NO transfers on race day!

Transfer Information

To complete a Transfer, go to your profile on Runsignup and chose either the refund transfer or gift transfer option. Enter in the Transferee’s name and email to send them the transferring registration. Once the transferee completes the registration, the original registrant is removed from the race.

If I am unable to attend and I have already registered, can I still get my t-shirt and packet?

Yes, you can pick those up at our office the following week - we do not mail packets. Please call the office ahead of time to let us know that you are coming, 216-623-9933.

Do I have to run the race or can I walk instead?

You may walk the course, however police may ask you to move to the sidewalk as the race draws to an end.

 
What is the weather typically like at this race?

We have seen temps in the 40's with rain, along with 60's and sun. Welcome to NE Ohio in May.

 
What should I bring to the race?

While this depends on personal preference, a typical race packing list includes your running shoes, spare shoes/socks in case of inclement weather, layers or a change of clothes, a watch, your registration confirmation (if you need to pick up your packet), and your race bib (if you have already picked up your packet).

 
For how long will the course be open?

The course will stay open until about an hour after the race start time. Ultimately the police decide when to close the course for everyone’s safety.

 
Will you email me more information closer to the race?

We will send out a packet pickup email reminder leading up to race week. All of the current information about the event can be found on the Moms Rock page. You can call us at 216-623-9933 with any questions!
