This is a fundraiser; don’t you WANT us to miss miles so you can earn more proceeds?
Answer: No!! Healthy heart supports a healthy brain. Our goal is to get everyone moving and actively thinking about their brain health and their loved ones for 35 days. Every day you move at least one mile, you are contributing to that goal and to your own brain health.
Where do the proceeds go?
100% of our proceeds go to programs lift the caregivers, the stigma and each other.

How do you know if I do the mile?
This year, we are trying out self-accountability. It is up to the participant to input his/her miles by the end of every week.
Can I form a team?
You sure can! Minimum of 4 per team. Teams have a over 80% success rate of completing daily miles versus going solo. A team is a great way to connect with friends and family. Create a team when you sign up, or afterwards from your fundraising dashboard. Tell your friends and they can join at sign up or from their profile!
How do I receive donations?
If it's your first time fundraising, asking for donations can be daunting. But don't be scared, friends and family want to support you! Just explain what you're doing and why you're doing it, then ask. If you don't get any donations the first time, you can always ask again later.
