Red White 'n Brew 5k

Join us for a toast to the USA with a 5k and a brew! We'll celebrate the July 4th holiday with 3.1 miles, good food, and great Lost Rhino beer.

Race will start and finish at Lost Rhino's Ashburn location and offer the opportunity to add a specialty July 4th beer to your race registration.

Participants will receive choice of premium swag of July 4th themed trucker style ball cap or custom square mesh short sleeve t-shirt to sport before, during and after the run as well as be rewarded with a commemorative medal at the finish line!

The 5k will start at 8 AM from Lost Rhino (21730 Red Rum Dr #142) in Ashburn, VA.

RWB Hot Dog Mile awards will be awarded to the following:

Top Male (solo)

Top Female (solo)

Top Team of TWO

Stars & Stripes Fun Run course will start and finish at Lost Rhino Brewing Company in Ashburn VA.

Course will take you around the brewery on a patriotic decorated themed course and back to the finish line. Your swag and/or beer will be waiting! (Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid ID to consume alcohol.)

Fun  run is approximately 1k in distance and open for 30 minutes.

Join us for a toast to the USA with the RWB Hot Dog Mile! We'll celebrate the July 4th holiday with 4 laps (quarter mile each lap) and
4 hot dogs w/bun for ONE mile of ...FUN.

Choose to hot dog mile solo or grab a friend to create a team of TWO!

Participants will receive their choice of a commemorative trucker style ball cap or tech tank t-shirt plus a commemorative finish line item at the finish line. 

Race will start at 9:30 AM from Lost Rhino Brewing Company, and finishes at the brewery. Take advantage of the opportunity to add a specialty July 4th beer to your race registration.

Space is limited to 20 teams.

The RWB Hot Dog Mile course is a quarter mile around the brewery.

- Each team (teams of 1 or 2) will eat four, hot dogs (and the bun) and run 4 laps around the brewery (approximately 400 meters). 
- The sequence is: EAT first hot dog, Run first lap, EAT second hot dog, Run second lap, EAT third hot dog, Run third lap, EAT fourth hot dog, Run fourth lap to finish line. 
- Hot Dogs are picked up from the hot dog table before the start of the race and brought to the eat zone in preparation.
- Participants will show an empty mouth to our eat zone judge before starting each run lap.
- The goal is to complete the sequence as fast as you can while keeping your hot dog(s) in your belly.
- Loose your hot dog (i.e. vomit) you earn a penalty of running an extra lap.
- Awards will be awarded to the top finishing solo team and team of two.

Awards will be given to the overall male and female, second place overall male and female, as well as the top two male and female winners in each 10 year age group for the 5k.

Team Awards:
Awards will be given to the fastest team. Fastest team time will be taken from fastest 4 team mates and must include one male and one female.

- Announcement recognition during awards ceremony as the largest team 

It's HOT - so HOT!
Age group winners will receive a refreshing King of Pops popsicle and Lost Rhino gift card or swag for their efforts!

5k course will start and finish at Lost Rhino in Ashburn VA. Course will take you through the neighborhood streets of Ashburn and bring you back to the finish line. Your swag and/or beer will be waiting! (Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid ID to be served or consume alcohol.)

5k course will be open for 60 minutes. Water will be available before and after the race, as well as one water stop at approximately half way through on course. You re encouraged to carry your own hydration needs for before, during and refueling after the race.
