About Ridge City Grind 2026
CrossFit Ridge City's 2nd Ridge City Grind is a team 24 or 12 hour ultra trail running or ruck race with an added fitness twist every lap. This years Grind will again take place at The Silos Barn in Bono, AR and will start promptly at 5:30pm on Friday April 3rd, 2026.
The 24 hour race is for teams of 3 in both the run and ruck options and will start at 5:30 pm on Friday, April 3rd, 2026 and go until 5:30pm Saturday, April 4th, 2026.
The 12 hour race will have 2 divisions (teams of 3 and teams of 2) in both the run and ruck options and will start at 5:30am on Saturday, April 4th, 2026 and go until 5:30pm Saturday, April 4th, 2026.
Each lap will consist of a simple and light to moderately loaded strength/fitness movement to start and/or finish each lap. Only 1 teammate can work at a time. When a teammate starts a lap they must complete the lap to switch out with a teammate.
Sponsors, vendors, food trucks and live music will be available Friday from 5:00pm until 9:00pm
