Due to circumstances beyond our control, the next Rock x Run 5K will now take place on

To defer your registration:

💰 Option 2: Request a Refund (Minus Fees)
You may request a refund of your registration fee minus RunSignup’s standard processing fees.
Refund requests must be submitted no later than 11:59 PM on Wednesday, July 31, 2025.

Registration: Price increases to $40.00 after July 19, 2026 at 11:59pm EDT
Virtual Option
Run your 3.1 miles anywhere. Submit your finish time by clicking on the RESULTS tab at the top of this page. Submit finish times no later than 12 noon on August 9. To submit a virtual time you must be registered as a virtual runner.
Virtual runners are not eligible for race day awards.
