What are registration costs, deadlines?
You can register online through Thursday, October 15. Prices increase at in-person registration on Saturday, October 17, 9am-1:00pm and Sunday, October 18, 6:30am-8:30am.
When is packet pickup? Can you have someone pick up your packet?
Packet pickup is Saturday, October 17 from 9:00AM – 4:00PM and Sunday, October 18 from 6:30 – 8:30am at the Robert A. Lee Recreation Center lower level gym.
Yes, you can have another person pick up your packet.
Can I change the race I am registered for and, if so, how late?
You can change the race on Saturday, at the registration table. There are no changes on race day.
What's the last day I can register and still get a t-shirt?
Sunday, September 27.
Are strollers and dogs allowed?
Strollers are allowed, but we ask you to keep your dogs at home.
How will I know if the race is cancelled for weather reasons?
Notifications are found on Facebook and Instagram.
Where do I park?
There are parking ramps at the corner of Burlington and Linn Streets, as well as on Washington Street between Gilbert and Linn.
When and where are results posted?
The 5K and 10K runs are chip-timed for accuracy. Race times are delivered instantly if you register with your cell phone, and a URL is included to see your divisional ranking. As soon as each award category is filled, the Race Director will notify the Medals Director near the finish line. The list of age-awards is here.
Is there anything else going on at the Run for the Schools?
Yes! Join us for a Party in Chauncey Swan Park immediately following your run with free food and music.
