About Run The Land - East vs. West
Training for the Cleveland Marathon or Glass City? Feeling bored with winter and want a little challenge? Or just generally a big fan of runs that finish with a craft beer? This is a great opportunity to have a fully supported long run. This is East Side vs West Side. This is a chance to Run The Land.
About the Run:
Aid stations will be every 3 miles for the Marathon, Half Marathon, and 20 Mile courses. This is a RULES OF THE ROAD event. Runners, walkers, and ruckers must stay on the sidewalk & follow traffic laws. We have courses highlighting Cleveland and a few of the surrounding suburbs. The courses will have minimal crossings and are easy to follow. Runners will be timed using a Chronotrack B Tag Timing Chip and RaceJoy, an GPS tracking app, that will alert you if you are off course and give you an official finish time.
This is more than a run.
This is a hybrid, in-person marathon designed by runners, for runners, and giving back to Greater Cleveland charities. This run is great for many reasons; the swag is awesome, the run is tracked and timed on a fully marked course, and most importantly, the funds get pumped right back into the community to help nonprofits that directly service C-L-E. We are putting our best foot forward on this one to put on an exciting run that will bring a positive impact to the greater Cleveland area.
