Run for Wine at the 7th Annual Memorial Day Weekend 5K at Pindar Vineyards! Run the Vineyards returns to the beautiful and scenic North Fork Wine Trail's most picturesque and welcoming vineyard! 1 Mile Walk option.

More than a race...embrace your love of the outdoors and wine as a beginner, intermediate, or an experienced runner or walker! Fun way for Families and Friends to create new memories together!

• The 5K Race - 

  • Beautiful and relatively flat 5K course through Pindar Vineyards 

  • 5K Run/Walk starts at 9 AM. 1 Mile Walk starts at 9:05 AM.

  • Chip-timed with Instant Results

  • Water Station and Finish Line waters and bananas.

  • Awards for Top 3 Overall and Age Group Male & Female Winners (14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, and every 10 years)

• The After Party -

  • Souvenir Finisher Medals optional for $8 during registration or $10 on race day

  • The 1 Mile Walk - Scenic walk through 1 mile of vines at Pindar Vineyards. Register by May 10 to guarantee shirt.

  • Walkers and children are welcome to participate in 5K as well.1 Hour time limit kindly requested. Need to be registered for the correct distance and start on time at 9 AM behind the runners for safety of all participants. 

  • Race is rain or shine. No refunds or deferrals. 

  • Packet-Pick Up on Race Day from 7:30 - 8:30 AM at "Good Day for a Run" tent. Arrive by 8:30 AM please. Late arrivals will possibly not be permitted on course due to changed markings of custom-designed course.

5K Walkers and all ages and paces welcome. Need to register to participate. Start on time at 9 AM behind runners.
No pets permitted on run or walk
Strollers are allowed - we kindly request that you start toward the back
No Refunds or Transfers
Spectators are welcome.

Packet Pick Up: Race number Bib and shirts can be picked up on Race day - 7:30 - 8:30 AM @ Good Day for a Run tent at Pindar Vineyards back parking lot.

  • Race-Day Packet Pick-Up ONLY: 7:30-8:30 AM
• Check-In Location is outside at back parking area - under 2 blue tents.
• Pre Race Announcements: Please be ready and come to the starting line area at about 8:45am. Announcements will start at 8:50am. Live National Anthem will be performed at 8:55am. Race starts at 9am.
• Wine Ticket: Your race bib will have a wine ticket and can be redeemed after the race for your complimentary glass of wine and your souvenir wine glass.
• Live Music - We are excited to have the George Barry Duo performing for our post race festivities until about Noon.
• On-Site Food:

• Post Race Seating Availability under the pavilion, picnic tables, back patio, and you are welcome to bring lawn chairs.
• Results: All results will be available on-line at this Run Sign Up site, under the main menu. Or you can scan our QR Code near the Finish Line.
• Awards: Awards will be based off chip timing. Awards will be announced near our musician at about 10:15am.
