Run the Vineyards Willow Creek 5K

Run the Vineyards is returning for the 5th Annual 5K at the beautiful and charming Willow Creek Winery!  Runners, walkers, and spectators enjoy a morning of fun and celebration!

• The Race - 

  • 5K Course Map coming soon. 

  • Chip-timed with Live Results. Race starts at 9 AM. 

  • Well-marked course, Course marshals, Water stations, Bananas and water at the finish

  • Awards for Top 3 Overall and Age Group Male & Female Winners (14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, and every 10 yrs)

  • Walkers and children welcome to participate and need to be registered to be on course for safety of all runners/walkers. 1 Hour time limit kindly requested.

• The After Party - 

  • Complimentary glass of wine for all finishers (Over 21+)

  • Live Musician performing immediately after race, from 9:45am-Noon 

  • Food options will be available for purchase at Willow Creek Winery 

  • Spectators are welcome! Wine available for purchase.

  • High-quality Race Shirt included or upgrade to Women's Racerback Tank Top for $5 extra. Men's Tanks do not require an extra fee. *Please register by April 5 to guarantee your first choice. Many extras ordered and available while supplies last after April 5.

Packet Pick-Up: Race day @ 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM at the Good Day for a Run tent. Arrive by 8:30 AM to check-in.

• Race is Rain or Shine.
• Packet Pick-Up: Race day @ 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM at the Good Day for a Run tent at the winery. Please arrive as early as possible and no later than 8:30 AM to check-in. Race announcements start at 8:45 AM. 5K Race starts at 9:00 AM. 8K starts at 9:05 AM.
• No refunds or transfers.
• No dogs permitted on course.
• Jogging stroller friendly. (please start toward the back)

• Packet Pick-Up: Race Day Check-In Only at Willow Creek Winery from 7:30-8:30am. Please check-in by 8:30am

• Results: All finisher times will be live and available at this site under the "RESULTS TAB". We will also have a QR Code available and will email results on the Monday following the race. 
• Awards: Awards will be presented at approximately 10:20-10:30am.  Please note, awards will not be mailed. 
• Food Option: Willow Creek will have their kitchen open for great post race food options. 
• Drink Ticket: All race bibs have a drink ticket to be redeemed for a glass of wine (21+)
• Parking: Please carpool when possible. There is limited parking. You will be directed. Please park tight to maximize space. If parking at the Parking Loop, please park with nose in. NOT PARRALEL. 
• Spectators: We welcome spectators. Please note that main driveway and parking at winery will be closed or have limited access between 8:45am-10:15am as the driveway is part of the race course.  If you have a spectator coming they should arrive outside of this time frame.
