All Roads Lead Home to the 11th Annual Cougars Unleashed Homecoming Run & Pancake Breakfast, part of SIUE’s Homecoming & Family Weekend and in commemoration of the Route 66 Centennial Celebration! Choose from a 10K, 5K, or Fun Run: whether you’re a competitive runner or just in it for the pancakes, there’s something for everyone.

We’re excited to offer a discounted registration rate exclusively for SIUE alumni and current students. It’s our way of saying thank you for being part of the Cougar community!

This signature event is open to alumni, students, faculty, staff, and the entire community. Even better, your participation helps support the SIUE Alumni Association Scholarship and Programs, which provide over $20,000 annually in scholarships to deserving students and deliver meaningful programming for alumni.

After you cross the finish line, stick around for a complimentary pancake breakfast from Chris Cakes and—for those 21 and older—a refreshing post-run beer from Global Brew.

Packet Pick-Up
Get ready for race day by joining us at RunWell in Edwardsville for our Registration Party and Packet Pick-Up!

Swing by to grab any last-minute race gear and pick up your race packet, which includes your run shirt (if registered by September 5), race bib, and other goodies. RunWell is located at 142 N. Main Street, Edwardsville, IL.

Dates & Times:
Wednesday, September 24 – Registration Party & Packet Pick-Up from 6–8 p.m.
Thursday, September 25 – Packet Pick-Up from 12–6 p.m. (RunWell closes at 7 p.m.)

Awards
Trophies will be awarded to the top two overall male and female finishers in both the 5K and 10K races.

In addition, medals will be awarded to the top two male and female finishers in the following age divisions:
14 & under, 15–19, 20–24, 25–29, 30–34, 35–39, 40–44, 45–49, 50–54, 55–59, 60+
