About Step Up 4 Kids
McMahon Ryan Child Advocacy Center's Step Up 4 Kids 5K & Kids Fun Run helps close out National Child Abuse Prevention month each April, taking place on the last Sunday of April each year. All funds raised through this event directly benefit local non-profit, McMahon Ryan Child Advocacy Center, who works hard to fight against child abuse in Onondaga County. The 10th annual Step Up 4 Kids will be on Sunday, April 26th at Middle Ages Brewing Company. Following the race, there will be an after party hosted with live music and food trucks. Join us for a morning of fun for the entire family! All participants get a bib tear-off coupon that gets them either a free beverage from Middle Ages Brewing Company or a free ice cream cone from Gannon's!
Walk or stomp out child abuse all month long by signing up for one of the April Challenges. Sign up to complete 50-100 mile challenges and log your miles on this website. Post about your challenge throughout the month of April and tag us on social media! Challenge participants get a specialty long sleeved hooded tee.

Fundraising Awards
April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month. When you register for Step Up 4 Kids, a fundraising page is automatically created for you. It is not a requirement to fundraise, although we do appreciate those who do! By sharing your personal fundraising link, you are also helping spread awareness of National Child Abuse Prevention month and the essential work that McMahon Ryan Child Advocacy Center is doing in Onondaga County. 8:00AM-9:00AM Registration and packet pick up at Middle Ages (please be aware no cash will be accepted)
9:00AM: Kids Fun Run around Leavenworth Park
9:15AM: Announcements and National Anthem
9:30AM: 5K Run/Walk
10:15AM: Awards Ceremony for Overall Top Finishers for Female and Male
Post-Race party hosted by Middle Ages immediately following awards. Participants can enjoy 1 free beverage from Middle Ages OR an ice cream cone from Gannon's Ice Cream using their bib tear-off. There will be food trucks & live music!

If you would like your shirt to be shipped to you, please be sure to add shipping when you register. You can add shipping at anytime if you did not do this when you signed up. Just purchase "shipping" in the Store Tab on Run Sign Up and this will prompt us to ship you your shirt.
