About Strides of Hope 5K
Welcome to the 6th Annual Strides of Hope 5K Run/Walk!
This event will help raise funds for The Center for Loss and Bereavement.
For 26 years, The Center for Loss and Bereavement has served our community as a non-profit organization that provides professional counseling, support services, and education for families, individuals, and organizations dealing with loss and grief. Located in Skippack Village in Montgomery County, the Center offers a warm and safe atmosphere that allows for expressing and exploring those thoughts and emotions associated with the grief process. Entry Fees
DEADLINE TO REGISTER IS April 30, 2026, at 8:00am
$40 for 5K Walk/Run and 1 Mile Fun Walk (early bird rates for those registered before 2/28/2026
$20 for Kids Fun Run
Day-of Registration will be $45!
Race Awards
The Strides of Hope 5K is a chip-timed race. Special Prizes will be awarded to the following 5K finishers:
Best Time Overall (Male / Female)
Best Time (Male / Female): 17 AND UNDER
Best Time (Male / Female): 18-29
Best Time (Male / Female): 30-39
Best Time (Male / Female): 40-49
Best Time (Male / Female): 50-64
Best Time (Male / Female): 65+
The "Gracie Award": 1st place Dog

The course will start and finish at Heebner Park and includes paved and packed gravel trails.

Amenities
All participants guaranteed to receive a t-shirt (if registered by 4/1/2026), refreshments, water stations, and snacks. In addition, kids fun run participants will receive a medal! If registered after 3/12/2025, shirts will be available while supplies last on a first come, first serve basis.
Sponsorships
The Strides of Hope is successful in raising funds for grief support services in our community not only due to the increasing numbers of participants, but also due to the generous contributions of individual and business sponsorships.
Sponsorship packages are available starting at $250 and up to $10,000 for the Presenting Sponsor status. The Strides of Hope does consider in-kind sponsorships if the goods or services offered are budget relieving.

Become a Fundraiser
The Strides of Hope 5K has provided funding for The Center for Loss and Bereavement to support their mission - being a resource of specialized knowledge and professional support to provide meaningful connection and restorative guidance for those impacted by grief.
Participants have the option to fundraise individually or as part of a team to increase their impact on The Center for Loss and Bereavement and have the opportunity to receive incentive prizes!
Awards will be given to individual fundraisers who reach designated fundraising levels.
Individual: $250 raised, receive a CLB Tote Bag
Individual: $500 raised, receive a CLB Long-sleeve T-shirt
Individual: $1,000 raised, receive a CLB Fleece Zip-up
Memorial Add-On
Honor the memory of someone with Memorial Photo Dedication Sign. For a $100 donation, you can honor and celebrate the life of a cherished person who has passed away.
Here's what the add-on includes
