Important notes:
There will be no mailing of awards or shirts/hoodies.
You MUST pick up your award before you leave.
If you do not, we cannot hold/store awards and it will likely be given to a race day entry or someone else.
It is simply too much to hold/store & inventory the awards.
 
If you are registered for this race and you registered in time to choose hoodie BUT you are unable to run for whatever reason,
you will NEED TO CONTACT us BEFORE RACE DAY and let us know if you'd like us to hold on to your reserved shirt for you to pick up at a future Scoogie Event.
If you do not do this, we cannot hold your shirt and it will be given to someone that registered after the deadline. We cannot mail hoodies!
Packet Pick details will be emailed 5 days before this event.
Runners may pick up their packets on race morning but it is advised that they pick them up at packet pick up the day before to avoid lines on race day. Again, if you decide to run this event virtually, you will need to reach out to us and let us know that you want us to keep your bib and shirt if you registered in time as well as your finishers metal for you to pick up at a later date and you’ll have to let us know five days before The day of the event so that we can hold your items for you. 
If you have any questions, please feel free to email the good folks at Scoogie Events and they will respond promptly. 

 IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING WEATHER: 
This event is a rain/shine event. 
This means that if it rains (and as long as the temperature isn’t low enough to freeze any surfaces), this event IS A GO…even in the rain….”skin is waterproof😀” 
In the event that we experience bad weather such as snow or ice or any weather that would cause the course to be unsafe, we will cancel or postpone the event. 
There will be no refunds due to the fact that at this point all of the expenses for a race of this magnitude have been paid for. 
Again, we do not issue any refunds, transfers or credits for any reason.
We have the right to revise or cancel the race due to emergency or weather issue....(but we really hope this doesn't happen:-)

Most virtual runner/walkers will complete their 5k on February 12th, but you are welcome to do it anytime you'd like!
Once you've completed your 5k, submit your results (IF you want to) (see instructions below) and then, bask in the glory of your awesomeness and start planning for what is going to be an AWESOME 2023😃
How to get your SWAG:
Great Cupid hoodies, finisher's medals and race bibs can be picked up at North Wales Running Company starting on February 14th or at The Great Cupid Run on February 12th. No hoodies will be shipped.
 
👉🏻 How to submit your results: (Submitting results is NOT obligatory)
1. Email them to us (we will keep them private) at scoogie@scoogie.com (put Scoogie Events Great Cupid 5k Results in the subject line please)
2. Click on the Scoogie Events RunSignUp website (which is the website you used to register for your particular event) and click on RESULTS tab at the top and follow the prompts to post your results.
💥Again, none of the above is obligatory. Keep your results to yourself if you'd like.

The Great Cupid Run is postponed AGAIN to next SATURDAY, 2/22...Same race day timeline but now the race will be on Saturday, February 22nd.
We’ll email race day details next Thursday, 2/20.
Please stay connected with us next week by checking this website.
We will not issue any refunds if you cannot make it next Saturday. 
If you’d like to run virtually and collect your finisher’s medal, please email us at Scoogie@Scoogie.com.
Again, there will be no refunds if you cannot make the postponement date. All race expenses have already been paid
