About The Rocky Hill Triathlon
The Rocky Hill Triathlon returns for the 11th year in Exeter, California! We are the best kept secret in the Central Valley with a course that is challenging and showcases the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountain range. Our fun course will help push you to new limits and you can earn some of the best swag to prove it! We will be offering two different distances on race day. The Short Course will have a 400 yard swim, 12.5 mile bike & 3.1 mile run. The Long Course will have an 800 yard swim, 24.8 mile bike & 6.2 mile run. New this year is the 10k course which is challenging with two climbs over Rocky Hill. Or choose the 5k which is less challenging

Who we Support
The Rocky Hill Triathlon has invested more funds back into the Exeter community than any event. Since day one the board and race director have elected to volunteer their services unpaid. A large portion of your registration will used to benefit a park or project in the city of Exeter

All Triathlon Finishers will receive a performance trucker rope hat with laser cut fabric. Crafted from polyester, these hats are designed to race in

All Triathlon participants will receive a custom Polar insulated cycling water bottle donated by our sponsor Nutrien Ag Solutions! Polar is known for their quality of products and you will love using this bottle. Each bottle has been customized for the Rocky Hill Triathlon and will be a great reminder of how hard you worked to climb Rocky Hill and the Yokohl Valley for the Olympic distance
THE ROCKY HILL MOTOR FEST
You will ride through the Rocky Hill Motor Fest, the newest car show in the valley! They will be selling tickets for the chance to win a classic truck and will have 150+ custom and classic cars. Please visit the show in downtown Exeter after the race and grab your free beer at VIP Pizza

COURSE MAP SHORT COURSE/RELAY
The short course will begin with a 400 yard pool swim at Exeter Union High School. The course is fast as you move from the flat valley and face two climbs, Rocky Hill and Meyer Drive. The run will climb Rocky Hill just past the canal before you make your way back to the finish line. To check out the maps click below:

COURSE MAP LONG COURSE/RELAY
The long course will begin with a 800 yard pool swim at Exeter Union High School. The long course is challenging with multiple climbs and elevation gain in Yokohl Valley. Rocky Hill will be your first climb and the steepest at 4.1% elevation gain. The run will be as difficult with a climb over Rocky Hill down the back side and back up to the top and down to the valley floor. Keep that downhill pace for the last mile to the finish line!

COURSE MAP 5k
The 5k course will begin on Rocky Hill Drive outside of Exeter Union High School. The race is an out and back to the base of Rocky Hill and back to Exeter Union High School where finishers will run through the Arch in the stadium

COURSE MAP 10k
The 10k course will begin on Rocky Hill Drive outside of Exeter Union High School. The race is an out and back up and over Rocky Hill to the bottom of the backside and back to the high school. Participants will finish inside the stadium and will run through the Arch in the stadium
