About 2026 BIAMD Scarecrow Classic 5k and 1 Mile Walk
The 2026 Scarecrow Classic 5K and 1 Mile Walk will be held November 15th, 2026. This event, hosted by the Brain Injury Association of Maryland (BIAMD) will rally survivors, families, friends, and supporters around the common goal of raising awareness about brain injury within the community and providing much needed funding to support the programs and initiatives of BIAMD. Now at UMBC Campus in Baltimore, Maryland! The 5k and 1 Mile Walk are on paved roads.

Pricing Schedule
Register Early for the best rates!
Open- September 30th: $40 plus fees
October 1st- October 31st: $45 plus fees
November 1st- Race Day: $50 plus fees
Group Discounts and Referral Awards
Scarecrow Teams (minimum of 5 members) may sign up to receive discount Team Registration Pricing. Discount will apply once the 4th runner has signed up using your team name.
** Please note: the first 4 runners will receive a $5 refund (to match discounted price) once the 5th team member signs up using the team name.
In addition, this year we are offering referral discounts. Your registration confirmation email will contain a unique link for you to share to gain referral credits. Once 5 people sign up using your link, you will receive a $5 refund.

With the generous assistance of our supporters and volunteers, The Maryland Brain Injury Connection Center (1.800.221.6443) is able to provide resources, education, and assistance to Marylanders with a brain injury, their families, and the healthcare providers who serve them, all free of charge.
