About 2026 Wolfpack Spring Training Series
This is a series of weekend training sessions focusing on four of the five disciplines of Modern Pentathlon: laser-run (running and laser pistol shooting), swimming, and ninja warrior training. Fencing will also be offered separately (for a $25 drop-in fee) at Bay Area Fencing Club on Saturday mornings.
Schedule:
11:00 am - 12:30 pm: ($25 drop-in fee) Fencing Training at Bay Area Fencing Club (15445 Los Gatos Blvd.; Los Gatos, CA 95032);
1:30 pm - 2:30 pm: Laser-Run Training at Live Oak Park (641 Moreland Way; Santa Clara, CA 95054)
2:30 pm - 3:30 pm: Swimming Training at Rivermark Pool (4419 Lick Mill Blvd.; Santa Clara, CA 95054).
The laser-run and swimming training will be coached by Coach Kirt or Coach Pablo, both of whom are certified USA Triathlon Associate Coaches and former U.S. Olympic Trials competitors.
The ninja warrior training will be coached by Earl Hooks, four-time competitor on the American Ninja Warrior television show. Participants will receive group coaching from Earl, focusing on strength, flexibility, and other exercises that are needed to master the standard Modern Pentathlon obstacles.
