Running for a Cure
This event proudly supports Not Today Cancer and their mission to find a cure for childhood cancers.
Despite rising childhood cancer rates, only 4% of U.S. federal cancer research funding goes toward pediatric cancers.
When Mason was just 9 years old, he was diagnosed with T-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). His treatment relied on chemotherapy drugs that have been used for decades- a painful reminder of how underfunded pediatric cancer research remains.
For two years, Mason and his family lived by the mantra “Not Today, Cancer.” After Mason’s passing, that spirit inspired the creation of the Not Today Cancer Foundation, dedicated to advancing research and offering hope to families like his.
Scientists are closer than ever to finding a cure and your participation helps make that possible.
