About Brave Run 2026
The Brave Run starts and ends at the Banks High School track. Participants run/walk down the main street of Banks to the Banks-Vernonia State Trail. Race continues down the Banks-Vernonia State Trail until the halfway point is reached for the 5K and 10K distance and then will head back to the starting point.

Register before April 27th to order a t-shirt. Limited quantities of shirts may be available for purchase day of race.
Awards
Every participant will receive a finisher’s medal to remember the day.
- Top 3 male and female finishers in the Open (overall) category
- Top male and female finishers in the Masters (age 40+) category
- 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place ribbons awarded to the top finishers in each age group
Awards will be based on official timed race results. Walkers are eligible for awards in the same categories; there are no separate walking-only divisions.

The Brave Run is a benefit event for the Banks High School Parent's Association. Banks High School Parent's Association exists to provide physical and fund-raising support for athletic, extra-curricular activities and scholarships for Banks High School students.
