El Tour de Tucson is preparing to host the 43rd Tour and was recently recognized by USA TODAY as the TOP ROAD CYCLING EVENT in the country! We hope you participate in this year’s 3-Day Expo & Fiesta (November 19-21, 2026). Over 10,000 cyclists and over 1,500 runners participate in the world renowned event annually.
Since 1983, thousands of cycling enthusiasts, friends, family and fun seekers descend upon downtown Tucson to enjoy El Tour de Tucson! This year El Tour was recognized by Participating exhibitors have an exclusive opportunity to showcase their brand and interact with attendees in a festival atmosphere. The El Tour de Tucson Expo & Fiesta is FREE and open to the public.
Meet, greet, and engage riders that have come to pick up their registration packet for El Tour, then stay to check out the latest and greatest the bike universe has to offer! The El Tour de Tucson Expo & Fiesta is a great opportunity to promote your business or organization as well as sell products at one of Arizona's largest special events.
For two days prior to El Tour, over 10,000 cyclists and attendees interact with exhibitors, from big brands to local shops. Merchandise sales, product demos, giveaways, panels, contests, beer garden and entertainment daily — it’s all at the El Tour Expo & Fiesta.
Booth space is now indoors at the newly renovated Tucson Convention Center's Exhibition Hall in Downtown Tucson. There is also outdoor options on the surrounding grounds for large displays and trailers on ride day only. Wifi access, an 8-foot table, and 2 chairs are included per 10' x 10' booth. Tents and electricity are not included, but are available at an additional cost.

Exhibitor Opportunities
We have several opportunities if your company or organization is interested in participating in El Tour de Tucson’s Expo & Fiesta. Booths are mostly indoors in the newly renovated Tucson Convention Center’s Exhibition Hall, which is steps from the start/finish line. There are also outdoor designated spaces surrounding the Tucson Convention Center on Saturday only.

Cyclists from across the country and around the world roll into Downtown Tucson to meet and greet with fellow cyclists and interact with exhibitors at the three-day El Tour de Tucson's Expo & Fiesta. This indoor and outdoor expo is the place for cyclists to interact with exhibitors from national bicycle manufacturers to local businesses to showcase the latest bicycles, accessories and apparel. Merchandise sales, product demos, giveaways, panels, contests — it’s all at the Expo. There is also music and entertainment, local food vendors, a beer garden, packet pick-up and rider meetings. Free and open to the public.

To secure a larger booth you will be asked if you wish to stay with a 10x10 or increase the sizing to the booth described above during the registration process.
All indoor booths include pipe and drape, WiFi, a 6-foot table and 2 chairs. 

Non-Profit Organization Booth - PURCHASE HERE

Exhibitor Booths to promote non-profit organizations at at the Tucson Convention Center’s Exhibition Hall. No food can be sold in these booths or free water given away. Funds can be solicited and goods can be sold at the booths. Includes pipe and drape, WIFI, 6-foot table and chairs

Local Bike Shop Booth - PURCHASE HERE
Now $300 for 10 x 10, Additional for Larger Booths
Promote local Arizona bicycle shops at the Tucson Convention Center’s Exhibition Hall. This does not include bicycle manufacturers. No food can be sold in these booths or free water given away. Products can be sold at the booths. Includes pipe and drape, WIFI, 6-foot table and chairs

Food Booth/Truck/Trailer
All Food Booths/Food Trucks will be coordinated by the Tucson Convention Center. If you are interested in vending food at the event, please contact Greg.Carra@tucsonaz.gov at the Tucson Convention Center. The TCC will have opportunities for certain food and drink vendors.
There is an outdoor patio for food vendors wishing to serve Thursday/Friday/Saturday and (new this year )an outdoor location for food trucks for just Saturday only.

Insurance Requirements
No additional insurance is required. It is recommended that Exhibitors and, or any of their officers, agents, employees or other representatives carry and maintain Commercial General Liability with limits of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 in aggregate.
Saturday Post-Ride Celebration
The new El Tour Post-Ride Celebration Zone is the new fun zone located in the Tucson Convention Center's parking lot A where all riders and runners return to the Tucson Convention Center. The Celebration will only be open on Saturday before and after the rides.
The Celebration Zone features Food Truck Alley, the Dragoon Beer Garden, the Stewart Title Main Stage and lots of open space, tables and high tops for people to chat about the fun they just experienced on their ride!

The Main Stage will now be in the parking lot. Bands will be featured on the main stage from 12noon until 3pm.

Food trucks and beer gardens are are ready for the riders as they finish.

Platinum Meeting
Thursday and Friday, 1pm and 6pm
If you earned platinum designation, you must attend one of these meetings to get the pass that allows you to line up in the platinum corral.
