About Exeter Run for Hope
Exeter Oral Surgery is excited to partner with Refuge International for the 2nd Annual Exeter Run for Hope 5K!
This year’s event features a new course that’s easier to navigate with minimal elevation changes—a smoother route for runners, joggers, and walkers alike.
Best part: every dollar raised supports medical and dental care for underserved communities in Guatemala. Our team has already completed two mission trips there, and we’re planning to return for a third in September 2026, bringing the Miles of Smiles dental trailer to help deliver care where it’s needed most.
Lace up, show up, and let’s turn miles into smiles!

Course Map
The 3.1 mile loop starts and finishes in the Exeter Oral Surgery parking lot. From the start, runners head out and make an early right turn onto Hampton Road, settling into a steady stretch before turning right onto Ashbrook Road. The course continues through quiet neighborhood roads before turning right onto Hampton Falls Road (NH 88). Just past the two-mile mark, runners will turn left onto Bayberry Lane, followed quickly by another left onto Little Pine Lane. The route then reconnects with Hampton Falls Road, where runners turn left before making a right turn back onto Hampton Road for the final push. The course finishes with a right turn into Exeter Professional Park, ending back in the Exeter Oral Surgery parking lot.
