About HopeBridge
HopeBridge is a teen-led nonprofit based in King County, Washington, dedicated to supporting Asian American teenagers in their daily lives. Founded in early 2026, HopeBridge works with local schools and community partners to create spaces where Asian American teens feel seen, supported, and connected.
Our work is built around three core goals:
Navigating Academic Pressures We help Asian American teens develop healthier relationships with achievement, stress, and their own expectations, so that success does not come at the cost of their wellbeing.
Embracing Cultural Identity We create space for teens to explore what it means to grow up between cultures, honoring both their heritage and the world they are building for themselves.
Mental Health Advocacy We work to reduce stigma around mental health in Asian American communities by sharing stories, hosting events, and building partnerships that make support more accessible.
Our Fundraising Goal
Every dollar raised at this event goes directly toward HopeBridge programming in King County. Our goal is $3,000, which will fund community events, school partnerships, and outreach efforts throughout the year. When you register, you are not just running a 5K. You are investing in the mental health of teenagers in your community.
