International Horseradish Festival 5K

Come to Collinsville, Illinois to be a part of the festival devoted to all things horseradish celebrated the first weekend in June in Collinsville on Main Street. The Horseradish Festival Committee is excited to host this in-person 5K race. 

You will not be guaranteed your shirt size when you register after May 23, 2026. Our goal is for each runner to receive a shirt. But we can not guarantee your size will be available if you register after May 23.

Course: The course is a flat and fast out & back route finishing on Main St. 

Awards: Overall Male/Female, Top 2 in following Age Groups - 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65+

Bib &Shirt Pickup: Friday, June 5th, at Horseradish Festival on Main Street from 5:00pm - 8:00pm

Race Day Bib &Shirt Pickup: Saturday, June 6th, at Horseradish Festival on Main Street from 7:00am - 8:30am 

The Chamber Challenge, sponsored by Athletico Physical Therapy, is a three‑race series featuring:

• Horseradish Festival 5K — Saturday, June 6
• Italian Fest 5K — Saturday, September 19
• Holiday Hustle 3 Mile — Saturday, December 5

This NEW three‑race series is designed to promote running and fitness in our community. Take the challenge by completing two or three races in Downtown Collinsville!

Participants must complete at least 2 of the 3 events to earn a Series Finisher Medal. Chamber Challenge Series finisher medals will be awarded at either the Italian Fest 5K or Holiday Hustle 3M finish line depending on participants 2nd race.
