The Short Course Triathlon (Individual Only) and an Long Course Triathlon (Individual, Elite, Athena, Clydesdale) will again be held at Round Valley in Lebanon, NJ.
Competition Category: You will need to select a Competition Category for awards.
Each selection will put you in that category for awards. You will not be eligible for any other categories once the race starts.
The categories are:
Age Group (Available for both Short and Long Course)
Elite (Only available to Long Course)
AquaBike (Available for both Short and Long Course)
Duathlon (Available for both Short and Long Course)
Triathlon Relay (Long Course Only) Each relay member must register individually.
**T-shirt is additional fee** Use Extra to order shirt. Not paid in extra, use No Shirt
The Short Course Triathlon will be an Individual Triathlon. The distances are: 0.5 mile Swim, 16 mile Bike, 3.7 Run.
The Long Course Triathlon be an Individual or Relay Triathlon with 2 categories to choose from: Individual or Elite. Elite not available for relaysThe distances are: 0.8 mile Swim; 32 miles Bike, Run 5.8 miles.
Awards:
Short Course Awards: Top 3 Men and Women overall and then Top 3 Men and Women in each age group (5 year age categories).
Long Course Awards: Elite wave will start in the first wave and will only be eligible for overall awards but Elites will NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR AGE GROUP AWARDS.
Overall Triathlon: Top 5 Men and Women (Elites will win cash prizes and non Elites will win non-cash prizes); Top 3 Men and Women Age groups in 5 year brackets will get non cash prizes (Elites are not eligible for these awards.)
Registration does NOT include a Tshirt. If you want a Tshirt, it is $10 extra.
Packet Pickup will start Tuesday-Friday at Stirling Trek Bike shop hours only Address 393 Main Ave, Stirling, NJ
Packet pickup also available Saturday 10-4PM SHARP or Sunday 5:30-6:30AM at race site.
Timing Chips in your race packet. Please do not forget $10 charge to get a new chip.
No refunds, transfers or deferrals allowed for any reason.

Starting January 16, 2024, USAT one day license fees have changed. All entries from January 16th on will be charged the new fees. Participants that entered prior to January 16, 2024 will be grandfathered in at the old prices. There will be no refunds pertaining to USAT fees.

· From the West: Route 78 East to exit 18 to Route 22 East, follow signs to Round Valley.

Relay Members Note: Relays are for long course only, assigned one number but 3 chips. Bibs 3001 & Up will be given a 2nd and 3rd chip connected to your 1st relay member bib/chip number
Please bring your bib/chip # [Bib] with you to the packet pick-up/registration table and introduce yourself by bib number, not by name. It makes the process very easy.

Packet pickup will include everything this year, so please do not forget anything in the packet especially your timing band. If you do forget the timing band it’s $10 dollars for a new one.
Weather permitting race will start at 7:15 sharp for the long course athletes.
Race morning make sure your bike number is on your bike- where else would it be?
And your HELMET is out. You will not be allowed in T-/1 unless you have these things done. Because a USAT official will be there this year. And will give you penalties..
The Short course and ALL DU ( long and short) will start approximately 7:45.
Everything is also based on the rescue squad having to rescue any athlete in the water or elsewhere.
Elite, Aquabike, DU, TMB will have their own racks and will be marked.
Everyone else is first come first serve basis.
Long course racks will be on the right side and short course on the left side when coming into T-1/T-2/ from the swim, so basically facing west.
THE BIKE COURSE IS OPEN TO VEHICLE TRAFFIC SO ALWAYS STAY TO THE RIGHT.
SAFETY IS OUR MAIN CONCERN AND SHOULD BE YOURS ALSO.
No race is worth an injury that can ruin your season. So be smart and ride like a road rider.
And if we have bad weather the Clinton rescue squad has final say on every aspect of the event.
Any questions I will be at the race site all day Friday, Saturday so come down and ask. Why come down because we have no Internet service in the valley at RV.
So pull your number up and take a screen shot before you come to pick up your packet either day.
