Join us for a scenic run along the Flint River Trail, starting at beautiful Bluebell Beach Park and winding past natural highlights like Stepping Stone Falls and Mott Lake. Whether you're running 3 miles, 5 miles, or the full 12.5K, this course offers a mix of lakeside views, wooded paths, and smooth pavement.

Flat, paved trails with gentle elevation changes -- perfect to attempt a PR!

3 Mile Course: 100% Paved Trail

5 Mile Course: 100% Paved - Includes a short section on Branch Rd. (public road with coned-off runner lane & grassy shoulder)

12.5K Course: Includes Branch Rd. and James Basset Dr. with similar setup as 5 Mile Course (95% Paved)

** The entire course will be well marked with signs, cones, and field paint—trip hazards identified **

Can you run with a stroller?

We welcome parents with jogging strollers! Your child must remain securely fastened inside the stroller while on the course for safety and insurance reasons. Please note this is a trail run and some terrain may be challenging with a stroller.

Can you run with a dog?

We love dogs! Because of our love for dogs, we do not allow them to participate in a race designed for people unless they are service dogs. Dogs are welcome as spectators!

Is there a gear check?

No, there is not a gear check. We recommend leaving all items you do not desire to run with in your vehicle on race day.
