New Horizons Annual Race for Recovery

The New Horizons Annual Race for Recovery 5K Run/Walk and 1-Mile Walk is set to start on the IRSC Pruitt Campus in Port St. Lucie this Fall.  The 5K out-and-back route is fast and fun!  The top finishers from each age group will be awarded medals.  All participants will receive a technical t-shirt, swag, and refreshments.  Join us for lots of fun including food, music and vendors.  Just $40 

Presented by Healthcite Pharmacy, proceeds from the #R4R provide service assistance to area residents affected by mental or behavioral health illnesses or in need of addiction recovery help.  Sponsorships begin at just $100.  For $250, your business name and logo will be featured on the timeless race shirt.  More details may be found online at www.nhtcinc.org/blog.

Packets will be available for pick up starting at 6:30 a.m. on race day at the IRSC Pruitt Campus New Horizons registration table.

On Race Day, October 10, participants may arrive as early as 6:30 a.m.  Please proceed to the South end of the Pruitt Campus parking lot off of California Boulevard.  You will see MCM Timing and Fleet Feet's finish line set-up, as well as our sponsors from Sprout's.  

Water stop on the route is sponsored by Christ Fellowship Church and will be set up at the halfway mark on the 5K route.

Awards for the overall male and female, as well as the overall male and female masters will be given at the end of the race during the awards presentation.  Medals will be given to age group winners too, starting at age 10 and increasing incrementally by 10 years to our oldest runner!

Participants will be treated to a Farmer's Market booth set up by our sponsors at Sprout's in St. Lucie West as well as refreshing juices from Natalie's Orchid Island and Gatorade from Gordon Foods.  Water and cold towels from our incredible sponsors at Zweben Law will be on the program too!
