Quiet Corner Winery First Annual Alzheimer’s Fundraiser 5K

On May 16th, we’re coming together as a community to support an important cause. The First Annual Hampton Alzheimer’s 5K aims to bring 250 participants together to raise over $5,000 for the Alzheimer’s Association.
This event is proudly sponsored by Quiet Corner Winery, and we hope many of our friends, customers, and neighbors will join us to run, walk, and support families affected by Alzheimer’s.

Let’s make this first year a huge success for a cause that impacts so many families.

Start: Begin at ⁠Quiet Corner Winery (217 N Bigelow Rd).
Leg 1: Head north on ⁠North Bigelow Rd for about 0.4 miles until you reach the intersection with ⁠Old Kings Highway.
Leg 2: Turn left (west) onto Old Kings Highway. Follow it for roughly 1.1 miles to the junction with ⁠Hemlock Glen Rd and a waterfall
Leg 3: Turn right (northwest) onto Hemlock Glen Rd. This stretch is about 0.4 miles long and leads you toward ⁠Route 97.
Leg 4: Turn right (north) to go "up" Route 97 (Pomfret Rd). Continue for approximately 0.9 miles.
Return: Turn right (east) onto the northern entrance of North Bigelow Rd. Follow North Bigelow Rd south for the final 1.2 miles to return to the winery.

There will be people directing people to go the right way.
