About Prairie Line
Get ready for Prairie Line, formerly Red Coyote Half Marathon—an exciting race experience in the heart of Oklahoma City.
Prairie Line offers two distances: 5K and Half Marathon to showcase beautiful downtown OKC, Scissortail Park, Skydance Bridge, and other historic landmarks.
Prairie Line is the culmination of the Red Coyote Half Marathon training program and is open to all paces and abilities.

OUR BENEFICIARY PARTNER
Our beneficiary partner organization for the Red Coyote Half Marathon is Course For Change. Course for Change is a mentoring program, which uses long distance running as a vehicle for change for at-risk and juvenile justice involved youth. Youth between the ages of 12-18 years of age train with adult mentors to run a half-marathon after 12 weeks of training.

PACKET PICK UP
Packet pick up will be at the Red Coyote Oklahoma City store located at 5720 N Classen 73118.
Friday, November 7th from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
Saturday, November 8th from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
We will also have pick up available on site at the race starting at 6:30 am but WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT EVERYONE PICK UP IN ADVANCE to avoid lines and delays at the event.
WATER AND AID STATIONS
There will be water-aid stations approximately every two miles. These will be accessible in both directions creating total access of seven hydration opportunities. Trash cans will be available for waste and no cups should be discarded on the trail.
All runners are encouraged to carry any nutrition or additional hydration you may need.
Hydration vests ARE allowed at the Red Coyote Half.
ABOUT THE COURSE
Beautiful Scissortail Park!
The Red Coyote Half Marathon and 5K will start and finish at Loves Travel Stage area and run down the main promenade across the Skydance Bridge on the way to the Oklahoma River Trails. The route runs through both the upper and lower parks before turning east on SW15th Street to Walker Avenue. Both courses run south on Walker across the Oklahoma River.
The 5K proceeds south on Walker to the turn point then follows the same out and back route to the finish.
The Half Marathon Course turns into Wiley Post Park to join the south river trail. We'll follow the trail to the west until we reach the turn point just past the River Cruise Pavilion. Along the way we'll pass the Wheeler Ferris Wheel, the Stockyard City Sign, and the Dell Corporate Campus. We'll return to the finish following the same route on the out and back course.
As you traverse the Skydance bridge for the final time you'll enjoy a downhill finish and an amazing view of Scissortail Park, Downtown OKC, and most importantly, the Red Coyote Finish Line!
The Red Coyote Half course is flat to gently rolling with only 38 feet of elevation difference with the Skydance Bridge comprising the biggest hill. This route is suitable for runners and walkers of all abilities.

Parking is available at parking lots, spaces, and garages throughout the downtown area. Please do not park in a dedicated business parking lot to avoid being towed.

Last minute schedule change, illness, injury, or ended up having to work? We are pleased to announce that optional race insurance is available during the registration process made available by AGA. Race insurance is offered by a third party and Red Coyote Running & Fitness has no oversight or ability to manage or intervene with claims.
TIMING, RESULTS, & PHOTOS
Red Coyote uses MyLaps Bib Tag timing and live online results. Participants can also enable finish time text and email notifications for themselves, friends, and family. All runners will also be able to view, download, print, and share a custom finisher certificate with your time from your online results. We are also pleased to partner with Okie Pics to offer event photos loaded to your results from the race.
