The Rock & Run 5K | 3K Walk Team

Run your 3.1 miles anywhere.  Submit your finish time by clicking on the RESULTS tab at the top of this page.  Submit finish times no later than 12 noon on August 9.  To submit a virtual time you must be registered as a virtual runner.

Virtual runners are not eligible for race day awards.

Virtual Registration ends August 7, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. EDT

📅 Guaranteed Race Shirt Deadline: July 25, 2026

Participants registered by July 25, 2026, are guaranteed their selected shirt size. Registrations received after July 25 are welcome, but shirt sizes and availability cannot be guaranteed.
