Marietta Square
5K is an AJC Peachtree Road Race Qualifier and USATF Certified.
This event for the whole family takes place on the Marietta Square where the races will start and finish.
Festive holiday attire is encouraged. Strollers and dogs are allowed.
Proceeds benefit the Cobb County Bar's Children’s Emergency Fund, a 501c3:
The Children’s Emergency Fund, is a 501c3.
The Fund provides emergency grants to Cobb County households facing financial emergencies or crises. The Fund provides
support for Cobb families in need in areas that are often not addressed by traditional charities, assisting with utility bills,
clothing, medicine, housing, to help local families get back on track.
Included with your race registration:
- Long sleeve T-shirt for all races. See Packet Pickup below.
- 5K race is electronically timed. 5K is USATF Certified and therefore an AJC Peachtree Road Race qualifier.
- Custom medal for 5K Race: Top 3 (M & F) Overall, Top 3 Overall Masters, Top 3 in each of the usual age groups 10 &Under 75+

ONLY Sleighbells on the Square Registered Participants can participate.
No fee to register for Beat the Bell. We will draw one name from those who register for Beat the Bell by 11:59 pm on December 8, 2026.
We will email the winner of the drawing by 5:00 pm on December 9, 2026.
The winner of the drawing will race the Sleighbells Running Bell on Saturday, December 12, 2026 between 7:30 -7:45 am at the Sleighbells race location on the Marietta Square.

Yes.
Are strollers welcome?
Yes, we ask that strollers start in the back.
Are participants permitted to walk in the races?
Absolutely! Walkers are welcome in the 5K and 1K.
Are dogs welcome?
Yes! Please bring your pets, but please keep them on a leash and clean up after them. Pet custum encoraged!
What does registration include?
