Dear Friend,

The Hampton Township PTA Committee is excited to announce the 2nd Annual Hawk Hustle 5K, beginning at 8 am September 17th, 2023 morning. Attendees will be able to register the night before the race or the morning of the race. We hope to host over 300 participants from Sussex County and beyond. Our mission is to provide an opportunity for local businesses and organizations to gather and promote wellness while raising funds to support the Hampton Township PTA Committee.

Hampton Township PTA is a volunteer organization that facilitates school funding for the children to receive extra benefits to enhance their learning and life experiences. These funds have provided us to improve the school with things such as the assemblies, 50th Anniversary of the school event, a food truck for teacher’s appreciation, an ice cream truck, etc. In addition, funds raised this year will continue to work towards extending the blacktop for the students to have more room during the winter months, and provide real-life experiences with class trips to the students.

Our goal for the Hawk Hustle is to bring our community together and kick off the new school year with some excitement.

Pre-Race Day Registration/ Packet Pickup: on 10/10 from 3:30pm -7:30 pm at the McKeown school - 1 School Rd Newton, NJ 07860. You are strongly encouraged to attend.
The start of the race will be at the Hampton Township Pit, 1 Rumsey Way, Newton, NJ 07860-7059
