The Mutt Putt

Join us for the Mutt Putt, a family-friendly mini-golf tournament benefiting the Greenville Humane Society. Hosted by Takeoff Mini Golf, the event will take place on Saturday, June 13th from 8:30 AM–11:30 AM.

This feel-good morning is an opportunity to bring our community together for friendly competition and purposeful fun, all in support of the lifesaving programs and services that care for local pets in need.

Participants of all ages are invited to enjoy a round of mini-golf while making a meaningful impact for animals in our community.

Whether you are a seasoned mini golf competitor or simply coming for the fun and festivities, there is something for everyone.

Prizes will be awarded in multiple categories, so bring your best game and your best spirit as we come together in support of the Greenville Humane Society.

 

Event Registration Fees

*Registration closes Friday, 6/12/26 at 5:00PM

There will be no walk-up registration the morning of the event. 

Register on April 25, 2026: $40/person

Register between April 26, 2026, and June 6, 2026: $45/person

Register between June 7, 2026, and June 12, 2026: $50/person

What is the weather policy for this event? 

• The Mutt Putt is a rain or shine event! 

If I cancel, can I get a refund? 

• Once you've fetched your spot, it's locked in! No refunds will be given for cancelled registrations.

• Our sponsor and host, Takeoff Mini Golf, has ample parking for this event!

Will there be awards for this event? 

• Yes!  There are three award categories.  Winners in each category will receive a prize basket with local entertainment, hospitality, restaurant, and retail destinations totaling over $1,000 each with donated prizes from local businesses and organizations.

Donation and Fundraising Questions 

Who benefits from the proceeds of the Mutt Putt? 

• 100% of the proceeds benefit the Greenville Humane Society.  GHS is one of the largest no-kill facilities in the Southeast and finds homes for over 4,000 animals annually.  The money raised from this event will go towards sheltering, feeding, and vaccinating all of our animals, as well as providing medicine for sick animals in our foster program. 

I have offline pledges/donations that I would like to enter.  How do I do that? 

• You can mail checks to our facility, but please drop off cash donations in person.

  • In addition, please enclose your name and email address or phone number and the donor's name and email address or phone number

How do I raise money for my participation and to support the cause? 

• Above all, be persistent and explain to people how their donations will directly impact the life of a homeless animal

Here are some tips to help you reach your goal:

Tell your friends and family. Inform them why you are participating in this event and how their donations could positively impact the lives of homeless pets. Ask them to make a donation in honor of you or a beloved pet.
Use social media. Post frequent fundraising updates on your Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
Use snail mail. Compose personal letters and send them to your neighbors, relatives and friends. Proved them with a stamped return envelope and make donating a breeze!
Ask for support. Ask your employer, parents, relatives, or friends to match the funds you raise.
Celebrate your birthday. Ask friends to donate in lieu of presents.
Offer a service. Babysit, wash cars, mow lawns, or pet sit for donation money. You can also sell lemonade, baked goods, or have a yard sale!
Throw a party. Have all of your guests bring a donation!
