About Track Morning NYC - Early Bird Special
Join Trials of Miles for a special Saturday morning at the track! Hosted at the recently renovated Queens College facility, this all-comers event is open to all ages and paces. We’ll be running 5Ks from 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM, followed by Mile heats from 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM. To help you hit your goals, heats will be organized by seed time with pacers provided for every race.
Since this event takes place on July 25, 2026, during USA Championship weekend, it’s the perfect double-header: test your fitness in the morning, then head over to Icahn Stadium to watch the pros compete later that afternoon!
