About Maverick & Up & Running Boot Camp
Up & Running Fitness has partnered with Maverick CrossFit to open up our Wednesday night boot camp at 6:45pm to the public. Our boot camps are designed for every fitness level, from someone just beginning to experienced athletes looking for a challenging, well-rounded workout.
Every session is different, keeping workouts fresh, fun, and effective. You'll experience a variety of training that includes functional strength training; circuit workouts; cardio intervals; walking or running; partner workouts; mobility, balance and core strengthening.
Group workouts are more fun than exercising alone and working out with friends makes it that much more fun and helps you stay accountable! Every workout can be scaled to meet you where you are today. Our awesome coaches provide scaled movements, modifications and encouragement.
Add an additional class held on Saturday mornings at 10:00 AM to compliment your weekly workouts! You will find the option as an "add on" during the registration process.
