Yoga for Runners

Join us on International Yoga Day, June 20th, for two sessions lead by local yoga instructors. 

• The 9am session will be lead by Anna from Sweet Tea Yoga.
• The 11am session will be lead by  Deeana from The Yoga Lounge.

Both sessions will be geared towards runners who are looking for an active recovery method. However, whether you are a runner or not, we invite you out to celebrate International Yoga Day with us.

Please bring your own mat.
